The Cummins Supplier Registration Portal facilitates our sourcing from potential diverse suppliers by providing Cummins buyers with on-line access to detailed supplier capability profiles.
Although registering in this portal does not guarantee that your company will become a supplier, it does provide enhanced visibility of your firm to Cummins sourcing professionals. Cummins Supplier Diversity
Tier II Program
The Cummins Supplier Diversity Program engages its key suppliers to provide the most opportunities to diverse businesses. Cummins encourages its suppliers to subcontract or work with diverse suppliers and report their Tier II spending through the Unitier platform.
What do I need to do?
Every quarter you will receive a reminder to submit your data to Cummins. Please submit your information within 45 days of receiving this email.
What information do I need to report?
You are required to report your diverse spend over the prior quarter. This may be reported in one or two ways, depending on the type of good or services you provide to Cummins
- Subcontracted spend (Direct Spend): This is spending that you incurred for the completion of your obligations to Cummins. Each such supplier must be identified in your report.
- Indirect Spend: Your spending with diverse suppliers that was not related directly to the fulfillment of any specific customer contract. This spending must be reported for each diversity category.

Which categories of diverse suppliers should be included in the report?
- Minority owned businesses (MBE)
- Woman owned businesses (WBE)
- Veteran owned businesses (VET)
- Service Disabled Veteran owned businesses (SDVET)
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and transgender businesses (LGBT)
- Disadvantage businesses (DBE)
- HUBZone businesses (HUBZONE)
